The Role:
The Sales Director is a critical leadership position at Beam, responsible for managing a team of quota-carrying Market Development Executives (MDEs). This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, creating best practices, and scaling markets for Beam’s continued growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Sales Director will lead efforts to optimize broker outreach, enhance sales effectiveness, and build strong relationships with National Broker Partners.
