Overview

Infinite Machine is hiring a Sales Director to lead our B2B and dealer expansion strategy. This role centers on building and scaling a national dealership and fleet-sales network. You will architect our dealer rollout playbook - identify targets, close high-value commercial accounts, and operationalize a repeatable system.

You will work across marketing, product, and operations to ensure that every partner, dealer, and fleet operator experiences a frictionless, premium experience. This is a foundational role that sets the tone for how Infinite Machine expands our reach.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the entire B2B sales pipeline: dealers, micro-distributors, fleet operators, hospitality groups, real estate developers, and corporate partners.

  • Lead dealer acquisition in the US and stand up the first IM dealer network, including vetting, onboarding, performance management, and territory design.

  • Create scalable sales processes for wholesale pricing, dealer margins, service commitments, volume incentives, and aftersales support.

  • Drive fleet sales to hotels, delivery services, campuses, mobility operators, and enterprise customers; develop contract structures and long-term service agreements.

  • Work with marketing to build city-specific GTM campaigns that support dealer launches, including retail activations, test-ride events, and co-op marketing programs.

  • Partner with product and operations to align dealer feedback with production planning, service protocols, and accessories roadmap.

  • Establish KPIs and reporting systems that track dealer performance, fleet churn, and geographic penetration; refine strategy based on real-time data.

  • Represent Infinite Machine at dealership meetings, mobility expos, and industry trade shows to drive lead generation and partner expansion.

  • Build the national sales playbook: dealer standards, B2B onboarding flows, incentive structures, and territory launch sequencing.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years selling vehicles, e-mobility products, or adjacent hardware in a dealer-driven environment.

  • Direct experience building or managing dealer networks or fleet channels.

  • Strong command of NYC as a launch market, with a track record expanding sales into additional major US cities.

  • Demonstrated success creating a scalable B2B pipeline and closing high-value wholesale or fleet contracts.

  • Skilled in negotiation, deal structuring, and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.

  • Familiarity with EV retail economics, dealer incentives, and service-operations models.

  • Strong analytical rigor; comfortable designing metrics, quotas, and launch dashboards.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast, experimental, hardware-driven startup environment.

  • Genuine alignment with our product vision and urban mobility mission.
