What we are looking for
A Sales Enablement Executive with experience in sales support and commercial administration within a fast-paced environment.
About us
Here at Seismic we have a two-part vision: to help 10 million people join the shift by 2030 and to be the best place we have ever worked. We know that’s an ambitious vision. That means challenging ourselves and our clients every day, striving for growth, and delivering real impact. We foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support, ensuring every changemaker feels empowered to grow and contribute their best.
We are not just talking about change; we are actively driving it. We ourselves are a B Corp and our team of B Corp, Net Zero, Reporting and Sustainability Comms experts collaborates to deliver measurable impact for clients ranging from innovative SMEs to global corporations. We’re a close-knit team, working together towards a shared vision. All that’s missing is you!
The role and its responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Executive who will be a key player in supporting our impact team, contributing directly to the company's growth and success. This is a great opportunity for someone to combine their commercial and positive impact passions in a high-performance environment.
You will solve the challenge of turning inbound interest into qualified opportunities and ensuring our sales team is equipped with the research and materials needed to win impactful projects. Your success will be measured by the efficiency of our sales pipeline and the cleanliness of our data.
The exact role definition will be dependent on the desire, capability and experiences of the right person. Key responsibilities are likely to include:
Sales and Commercial Support: Managing the inbound process (qualifying and allocating leads) and providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Meeting & Proposal Management: Preparing research, agendas, and scheduling for prospect meetings, followed by high-quality note-taking and action management.
Proposal Development: Drafting proposals and using existing frameworks to determine pricing and resourcing.
Contracting & Feedback: Managing low-risk contracts (NDAs), onboarding new clients, and collecting satisfaction metrics/testimonials.
CRM & Reporting: Serving as the guardian of HubSpot data, identifying trends for optimisation, and delivering high-quality sales reports.
Internal Coordination: Working with marketing and event teams to ensure a seamless prospect-to-customer journey and setting up virtual events to accelerate sales.
About you
You believe that humanity and businesses need to make a seismic shift in the right direction and want to apply your commercial and analytical capabilities to help make that happen. At the same time you want to work in a friendly, collaborative and empathetic team who are delivering impactful projects for high-profile clients. You will especially enjoy working at Seismic if you have a growth mindset and are comfortable with uncertainty, as we are a fast-growing, agile and evolving business.
To be successful in this role you would need the following attributes:
Proven Track Record: You have 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales, commercial support, or similar role where you have successfully managed high-volume administrative and qualitative tasks.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you are confident and articulate, able to build rapport with a diverse group of people.
Technical Proficiency: Strong abilities in GoogleSuite and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a major advantage).
Organisation: Superior time management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Growth Mindset: Highly motivated, proactive, and aligned with purpose-driven values.
Importantly, you love the intersection of commercial success and positive impact, and also working with teammates to build something great. You like a laugh but are not afraid to graft. You have plenty to offer, and know you have even more to learn. You are proactive, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy juggling multiple projects and priorities.
In your 100 days you will:
Be paired with a dedicated guide and mentor to accelerate your integration and professional development.
Go through our onboarding programme with training across all our sustainability services.
Join our fortnightly Personal Growth sessions and Friday lunch-and-learns.
Actively contribute to commercial projects, initially shadowing and then taking on increasing levels of responsibility within the sales cycle.
Location
You will be within commuting distance of our London office (Waterloo), attending the office at least 2 days per week.
Working hours
We believe in flexible working hours to better suit our personal lives while being considerate of each other and our clients. We generally work office hours but trust each other to make fair decisions. We are also open to discussing part-time work arrangements.
Salary and benefits
We invest in our changemakers’ growth and well-being. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your professional development, personal life, and overall health. In addition to a competitive salary, benefits include:
25 days annual leave per year pro-rata (plus your birthday off!).
The option to swap up to two Bank Holidays per year.
£500 per year professional development budget plus two days per year PD time.
£200 per year wellbeing budget and £200 home office setup budget.
Employee Assistance Programme and Bupa health insurance.
Cycle to Work scheme and Financial coaching (Bippit).
Apply
If you are ready to apply your expertise to drive meaningful change and join a team that is passionate about accelerating a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply.
