Why this role is exciting:
Global Revenue Enablement supports employees throughout the global Revenue team with a specific focus on providing the best product experience to our customers and prospects by developing and executing onboarding & ongoing educational plans for new and existing hires and by providing the best learning support and coaching for employees interfacing with our customers (AEs, BDRs, CS, SA, OPMs/Agencies, Partners/ Publishers)
What you'll do:
- Build unique and localize global training and development programs across technical training, management or organizational development, sales training and train-the-trainer programs
- Scope each learners’ unique needs and learning profile
- Work with leaders to identify skill/ knowledge gaps/ training needs and develop and deliver training courses, curriculum, or materials
- Assess employee skill or knowledge levels upon completion of training and produces objective measurements of training program performance
- The materials created will be aimed at new and existing employees to make them more productive and successful using, selling or supporting the Impact Partnership Cloud offering.
- Understand the Sales and Customer Success team roles and priorities to inform Onboarding and continuous Enablement programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally and building relationships to inform, shape, and execute upon a successful enablement strategy
- Translate Product Marketing collateral into learning and training material
- Maintain and update training collateral, learning tools and processes
- Be the Enablement SME to relay industry best practices back to internal team members
- Build strong working relationships with SMEs in CS, Sales and Product Marketing
- Creation of training programs and learning materials for onboarding and continuous employee enablement
- Execute upon Key Results as they pertain to company OKRs
- Optimize delivery of on-demand course material created by Marketing and Enablement teams
What you'll bring:
- Excellent verbal and written skills (emails, presentations, in-person skills)
- Keen attention to detail, organisation, and ability to drive projects to completion
- Experience in working independently as well as part of a team in an energetic environment
- Practical experience of tools and platforms for optimally delivering training and eLearning programs
- An understanding of digital and performance marketing is required and extra points for deep knowledge of the affiliate/partnership ecosystem
- You are a seasoned, energetic presenter
- You think analytically and execute creatively
- You are super organised and can define your own project timelines while working within global projects
- You measure everything and seeking/ providing feedback is part of your DNA
