Here's what you'll do  

  • Engage and collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and maintain a deep understanding of all AnitaB.org programs and events, while also sharing information on behalf of the Revenue team.
  • Provide direction and support to new partners throughout the onboarding process.
  • Design sales training collateral and experiences that ensure the Revenue team has the knowledge and resources (ex. sales decks, sales enablement guides, email templates, team processes) required to expertly speak to customers about AnitaB.org programs and events.
  • Identify and address points of friction in the sales and fulfillment process by designing processes that enhance communication, promote transparency, and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all platforms.
  • Operationalize workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead management initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data utilization and business intelligence tools, fostering a data-informed culture within the organization.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned, which means to be agile and rise to the challenge: in service to our mission, from time to time, we do ask team members to take on, or volunteer to take on, additional or different duties outside of their formal job description.

Here's what we hope you'll bring 

  • Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions and communications, including honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Ability to effectively develop strong relationships across functions.
  • Expertise in collecting and analyzing data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and create reports for decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing and training collateral.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software (Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Proficiency with lead management systems and marketing automation tools (Zoom Info, Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Extremely organized in collecting, distributing, and presenting information, deadlines, processes to various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems and adjust priorities quickly and efficiently. 
  • Ability to travel as position requires.

The salary range for this position is $74,517- $77,766, plus competitive benefits, including health insurance, vision, dental and a 403(b) discretionary match.
