Sales Engineer - Ankara

We are looking for a Sales Expert to drive regional growth through effective dealer network management and sales channel development for Air Conditioning (RAC,PAC groups) in the Ankara region located and would be in scope of Central Anatolia and Black Sea region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through strong dealer and channel management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and key stakeholders

• Execute regional sales strategies and support market development activities

• Monitor dealer performance and support target achievement

• Identify commercial risks and market opportunities through field insights

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support positioning

• Prepare monthly sales and regional performance reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales channel / dealer management

• Experience in Air Conditioning (RAC,PAC groups) sales environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with field-based work

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel

• Proficiency in English and MS Office tools
