Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a technical consultant to the sales team, supporting them in customer meetings, pitches, and negotiations. 

  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations, translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language. 

  • Work with engineering teams (backend & frontend) to align product capabilities with customer requirements. 

  • Assist in RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation to support the sales process. 

  • Troubleshoot customer issues pre-sale and help remove technical blockers. 

  • Gather customer feedback and work with product & engineering teams to refine features. 

  • Train sales reps on the technical aspects of our products, improving their ability to communicate value to prospects. 

Requirements 

  • 3–7 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role. 

  • Strong technical background 

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way. 

  • Hands-on experience with product demos, pre-sales engineering, and customer-facing roles

  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical discussions with clients. 

Nice to Have 

  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with backend/frontend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, React, etc.). 

  • Exposure to AI/ML, OpenAI APIs, or Data Analytics platforms
