Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to accelerate growth across wholesale and e-commerce channels. This role combines relationship-building expertise with data-driven sales strategy, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities.
You will own the sales funnel end-to-end—from prospecting to close—while developing retail partnerships and managing relationships with design studios, lifestyle stores, and distributors. The role works closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and smooth fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce growth
- Identify, pursue, and manage key accounts within home décor, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors
- Conduct outbound outreach to new prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align on brand positioning and campaign execution
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify growth and retention opportunities
- Manage order flow, pricing discussions, and sales reporting in coordination with finance and operations
- Represent the brand at virtual and in-person trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

Requirements
Hard Skills
- Proven B2B or wholesale sales experience in design, fashion, home décor, or related consumer industries
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales funnels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Strong commercial instincts with an appreciation for design and aesthetics
- Natural relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and follow-through skills
