We are now seeking a Sales Executive to join our Banktech sales team. 

Tietoevry Banktech has made significant investments in modern software and solutions for the banking industry and has high growth ambitions across the Nordics. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline focused on generating new leads and opportunities in Sweden 
  • Own and drive cases throughout the entire sales process—from initial contact to contract signing 
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support leadgeneration activities 
  • Actively contribute to shaping and refining our go to market strategy 

 

To thrive in this role, we believe you: 

  • Have proven experience in strategic sales, including selling financial software, SaaS solutions, or other complex technology offerings, as well as experience orchestrating complex sales cases; experience within banking or financial services is a strong advantage. 
  • Are naturally curious, ambitious, and driven—with a positive attitude and a qualityfocused, proactive, and selfstarting mindset 
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts 
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders at all organizational levels 
  • Are proactive, structured, and comfortable working both long-term and independently 
  • Enjoy taking initiative and ownership, and inspire others to perform at their best 
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and excel at building relationships with both customers and colleagues 
  • Used to work with large multi-competence matrix organizations.
