Ontime Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for Recruitment Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our recruitment solutions to healthcare organizations, helping them find the best talent to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector for our recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Conduct presentations and provide detailed proposals highlighting the benefits of our recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts with prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in recruitment services or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and candidates.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
