The Role

The Sales Manager, Commercial Accounts leads a high-performing team in Sofia focused on two core functions: Commercial Account Management and Commercial Support. This role ensures operational excellence in lead qualification, prospect engagement, quoting efficiency, upselling additional products, and lifecycle activities such as renewals and terminations. The manager is responsible for maintaining revenue, driving strong upselling, coaching, process improvement, and ensuring alignment with euNetworks’ commercial strategies.

What will you be doing?

Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team of 6–8 Commercial Account Managers and Commercial Support Specialists
  • Oversee workload balancing, performance tracking and goal setting
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure alignment and engagement
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to build skills, support career development, and drive high performance

Operational Efficiency

  • Implement standard processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
  • Oversee pipeline management, quoting accuracy, SLA adherence, and workflow optimisation to reduce turnaround times
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while driving continuous improvement, ensuring team members have the training, tools, and product knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to highlight trends and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales, Service Management, and Pricing to remove friction from pre- and post-sales processes
  • Equip the team with product knowledge, training, and collateral to enable effective selling and upselling
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and sales automation best practices
  • Deliver actionable insights based on data trends to improve sales strategy

Quality & Engagement

  • Lead training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish quality metrics and regular audits for quoting and retention support tasks.
  • Encourage feedback loops and knowledge sharing to boost team capabilities.
  • Drive employee engagement through recognition programs and development opportunities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to ensure quality standards translate into positive client experiences.

What do we want from you?

  • You are an experienced people leader and have managed commercial teams in sales, sales operations, sales support or inside sales
  • Experience in a telecoms, infrastructure, managed services environment or similar IT environment is required
  • With a strong understanding of B2B sales support processes, in a technical environment, you will be able to utilise your knowledge to help build the existing team and support future growth
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions
  • Good track record in commercial delivery, preferably within a multi-country environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Service Management, Pricing, and other business units to improve outcomes
  • Skilled in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing standard processes or automation
  • Competence in data analysis, reporting quoting metrics, pipeline influence, and performance against SLAs
  • Familiarity with setting quality assurance standards and creating documentation or playbooks
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential
  • Additional European language skills are preferred
  • Sensitivity to cross-cultural communication dynamics is essential
