As the Country Manager for Japan, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the local operations. This includes managing the local team, ensuring the efficient use of technology to meet business objectives, and ensuring smooth operations of all IT infrastructure, systems, and services. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution to maintain and improve the business landscape. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate should possess vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the local Japanese ICT industry, bringing with him/her valuable contacts. Fluent in Japanese and possessing business proficiency in English, he/she should have an established track record in leading successful sales teams whilst also possessing exemplary leadership capabilities.
