This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts or territories. You will establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts while meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume. This position also involves strategic planning and analysis to identify new market opportunities and generate leads, making a significant impact on the success of the company.

Accountabilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving sales in the assigned territory.
  • Align with training teams to complete self-trainings on product, process, and compliance.
  • Plan travel within/outside the territory as per business needs.
  • Analyze and plan strategies for implementation in the territory.
  • Meet with Implantologists/Dentists to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key accounts for steady sales.
  • Manage customer order management by liaising with customer service, finance, logistics, and customers.
  • Ensure account receivables are collected by coordinating with the finance team.
  • Provide product demonstrations and assist in live cases as requested by customers.
  • Plan and execute business development activities with the help of marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research and report to the business to identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintain real-time CRM reports.
  • Hand-deliver priority orders and shipments to customers.
  • Manage the failed implants replacement process.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in the Medical Devices industry or selling medical devices.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage large territories.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and execute actions to realize them.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle individual customers and key accounts.
  • Strong value orientation and a proven sales track record.
  • Good understanding of the local language.
  • Postgraduate education; BDS and Management Degree preferred.
