As a Sales Specialist (Data & AI), you will align Inetum’s Data & AI offerings with clients’ business goals and strategy, winning new logos and building a strong partner-driven pipeline across the UK, DACH, and the Nordics.
What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition in the UK/DACH/Nordics, with a strong focus on winning new customers and building partner-led opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value proposition, proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and by converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales to shape solutions, estimates, and commercial models (T&M, managed services, fixed-price where applicable).
- Create and present client-specific value propositions that include business outcomes, ROI logic, and an implementation approach.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closing for Data & AI consulting and delivery services.
- Develop and execute territory and market sales strategies (segmentation, ICPs, target account lists, partner plan).
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners, including alliances, referrals, and co-selling.
- Capture market insights and translate them into offer improvements and go-to-market ideas.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for (must-have)
- 4+ years of business development/sales experience with a proven track record in selling Data & AI solutions and services (e.g., data platforms, analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, BI modernization, cloud data migration) to mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Proven success in new logo acquisition in at least one of the target regions (UK, DACH, Nordics).
- Strong track record against measurable targets (e.g., Bookings, New Logos, Margin).
- Ability to run structured sales motions: qualification, account planning, stakeholder mapping, value selling, and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and executive presence, with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and German language skills or another Nordic/DACH language
Nice to have
- Existing network and relationships with prospects and/or partners in UK/DACH/Nordics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and/or Databricks ecosystem (Azure data platform, Fabric, Databricks Lakehouse, etc.).
- Strong social selling habits (LinkedIn content, community presence, thought leadership).

- New logos won in target markets.
- Bookings and gross margin delivered.
- Pipeline quality and conversion rates (SQL to opportunity to close).
- Partner-sourced revenue contribution.
