Sales Operations

We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will support sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in CRM management, reporting, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene.
  
  
• Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  
  
• Assist with sales process improvements and automation.
  
  

• Provide operational support to the Sales team.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales operations or CRM experience.
  
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems.
  
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  
  

• Interest in SaaS/FinTech/RegTech industries.
  
• Provide operational support to the Sales team.
