The Sales Support Intern plays an important role in ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing account management. This role bridges client needs and internal teams, supporting sales, finance, operations, and platform partners to deliver efficient, accurate, and timely outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while contributing strategically to client engagements. All while learning from a top team and leadership!

What you will be doing in this role?

  • Client Onboarding Assistance
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by preparing documentation and assisting with system entries.
  • Help coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

  • Operational and Administrative Tasks
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative activities to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Track processes and escalate issues to the relevant team members when needed.

  • Cross-Functional Exposure
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gain experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support with agreement preparation, signing, and record-keeping.

  • Finance and Collections Assistance
  • Help the finance team with basic payment follow-ups and updating invoice trackers.
  • Assist with simple reconciliation and reporting tasks as guided by the finance team.

  • Sales Support
  • Support the sales team with preparing pitch decks, supporting documents, and data collection for presentations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for client pitches.

  • Platform Partner Coordination
  • Track deliverables with platform partners and maintain updated records.
  • Support in maintaining reports on partner-level commitments.
  • What will make you successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent English and local communication, both written and oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
