We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support and optimize sales operations processes. The intern will assist in improving efficiency, supporting the sales team, and gaining hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Accountabilities

Support day-to-day sales operations to help ensure smooth workflow and coordination

Assist the team in executing sales strategies, tactics, and procedures

Coordinate with internal teams to support clear communication and alignment

Help analyze sales data and reports to support decision-making and process improvements

Support sales forecasting, reporting, and tracking of performance metrics

Use the CRM System and ensure accurate data entry and updates under supervision

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency

Participate in training and onboarding activities related to sales processes and tools

Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Manager to ensure smooth team operations

Requirements and Qualifications

Saudi national

Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required)

Eligible for the Tamheer Program

Interest in Sales and Operations

Basic computer skills (Excel preferred)

Willingness to learn CRM system and sales tools

Good communication and teamwork skills

Organized and detail-oriented
