We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support and optimize sales operations processes. The intern will assist in improving efficiency, supporting the sales team, and gaining hands-on experience in sales operations within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations to help ensure smooth workflow and coordination
  • Assist the team in executing sales strategies, tactics, and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support clear communication and alignment
  • Help analyze sales data and reports to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Support sales forecasting, reporting, and tracking of performance metrics
  • Use the CRM System and ensure accurate data entry and updates under supervision
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency 
  • Participate in training and onboarding activities related to sales processes and tools 
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Manager to ensure smooth team operations 
  • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Saudi national 
  • Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required)
  • Eligible for the Tamheer Program
  • Interest in Sales and Operations 
  • Basic computer skills (Excel preferred)
  • Willingness to learn CRM system and sales tools 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills 
  • Organized and detail-oriented
