Sales Operations Specialist

The Eurofins PSS Sales Operations Specialist role is critical to supporting our Business Development teams across Europe by streamlining commercial operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment of tools and data to drive efficiency and enable strategic growth.

The position reports to the PSS Europe Senior Manager, Commercial and Strategy Development and will work closely with Business Development teams and cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Business Development alignment across countries and lead regular huddles.
• Manage CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and ensure data integrity, reporting, and optimization.
• Develop and standardize commercial tools, templates, and client-facing materials.
• Implement and improve sales processes in collaboration with Business Process teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing support for BD teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Development support.
• Holds a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Brings experience in CRM management and sales process optimization.
• Is fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Demonstrates strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

🏡 The role is home-based, with regular travel across Europe to support our teams on-site.
