Salesforce Business Analyst - DUBAI

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Required to conduct workshops to gather business
• Develop functional requirements
• Salesforce configuration
• Provide user training
• Conduct UAT phase with the client
• Manage team, people and client relationship

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce expertise in Business Analysis
• Real Estate industry experience
• Business Requirement Gathering (not QA): this role is primarily focused on front-end discovery, interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating complex business needs into actionable functional specifications
• Based in UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience as business analyst with minimum 3 years in Salesforce
• Advanced skills in business analysis with the ability to capture requirements, make recommendations, and optimize implementation to meet overall business goals
• Knowledge in Software Design and/or coding languages is a major strength
• Problem solving; positive approach and conflict resolution
• Ability to organize and manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in development and delivery of end-user training for business systems is a plus
• Functional / Industry knowledge is a plus
• Must have residency permit
• Ability to travel
