Understanding of the business requirements and ability to translate into solutions on Force.com platform
Expertise in technical aspects of SFDC, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, 3rd party applications/integrations, AppExchange products, and custom code
Develop in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX and other technologies to build solutions
Design and deliver enhancements and new functionality to support the business using Force.com platform features including: custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, Apex Codeand Visual Force
Experience with Force.com integrations to various systems, platforms, and data migration
SFDC related admin responsibilities such as system configuration and data manipulation

Preference: + Certified Force.com developer + Certified Advanced Force.com developer
