Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain code quality.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura & LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, process builder, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security features.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, ANT).
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
