Salesforce Developer

ITnova is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in building integrations, optimizing application performance, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. This role requires hands-on experience in Salesforce development, .NET technologies, and database management, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

•  4+ years of experience as a software developer.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• At least 4 years of experience with .NET Framework 3.5 or higher and IIS 7.5 or higher.
• At least 4 years of experience writing complex queries in T-SQL.
• At least 4 years of experience developing reports using SSRS.
• 4 Experience developing web applications in C# using MVC, XML, and creating and consuming WCF/REST services/WebAPI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives within timeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
