Foley is looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Admin to support and scale our customer-facing operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will own the configuration, development, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud, partnering closely with Operations, Support, and Product teams to improve efficiency, data quality, and customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and who brings both technical depth and strong business partnership skills.

What you’ll do

Platform Ownership & Execution

  • Design, develop, and administer Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that support customer support and operational workflows

  • Build and maintain automations using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, and (where appropriate) Apex

  • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and profiles to support evolving business needs

Operations Enablement

  • Partner closely with Operations and Support teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Improve case management, routing, SLAs, reporting, and dashboards to drive efficiency and visibility

  • Support ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Data, Integrations & Quality

  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce through governance, validation, and best practices

  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., ticketing tools, billing systems, or internal platforms)

  • Assist with deployments, releases, and sandbox management

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and Service Cloud features, proactively recommending enhancements

  • Leverage automation, AI-powered Salesforce features, and tooling to improve team productivity and system scalability

  • Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and administration

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience administering and developing on the Salesforce platform in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management and automation

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow; Apex experience preferred

  • Proven ability to support and partner with Operations or Support teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Developer)

  • Experience supporting integrations using APIs or middleware tools

  • Familiarity with reporting tools, data modeling, and performance optimization

  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve operational workflows

Location

This role is primarily remote (US based) and will work in EST hours, with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.

This role may be based remotely out of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.
