Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking candidates for a Salesforce Solution Architect position in Hyderabad, India. This is a discovery-led role responsible for business process analysis, solution design, and hands-on Salesforce configuration. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and Service Cloud and will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, translate business requirements into technical workflows, present clear solution/design options with their potential impacts and implement the changes catering to the business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform Administration, Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), and Service Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into technically implementable solutions and architectures.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure Salesforce architectures, including data model design, security/sharing strategies, and performance optimization across multiple business units.
• Salesforce Certifications – Administrator, Advanced Administrator, & Architect are desired.
• Experience defining Salesforce architectural standards and best practices, including governance, release management, and technical debt reduction.
• Ability to evaluate build vs. buy decisions, including managed packages and third-party integrations, with clear trade-off analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure data quality by implementing rigorous validation processes, cleansing imported data, and accurately loading it into Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Ability to understand the data integration pipelines from data warehouse to Salesforce.
• Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of changes on systems
• Experience leading architectural reviews and providing technical guidance to admins, developers, and external partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Flows, Apex, Visualforce, workflows, custom triggers and the Salesforce.com APIs is a plus.
• Follow Agile development methodology to drive and deliver functionality on a regular cadence with data-driven feedback loops

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Salesforce Solution Architect will perform the following duties:

• Work closely with business leaders in Sales & Marketing, IT stakeholders, and management teams to gather system requirements and business objectives. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, review design options with impact analysis with the stakeholders and implement a robust solution.
• The Salesforce Solution Architect must be comfortable with analyzing and understanding advanced customizations and varied, unique business processes.
• Serve as the Salesforce solution architect, owning end-to-end system design decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Architect the overall system for use within multiple verticals, different business models, and various teams.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as for new user onboarding and exits, security, sharing and visibility, approval processes, role hierarchies, lightning components, process builder, Flows, validation rules, data dashboards and reporting.
• Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance
• Lead discovery and solution design across B2B and B2C Salesforce and Pardot use cases, translating business processes into scalable platform workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Events.
• Architect end-to-end data models, process flows, and attribution reporting across Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, and related objects to enable visibility, territory planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as process builders, flows, workflow rules and approval processes.
• Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
• Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce.com use
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews, providing recommendations, risk assessments, and long-term roadmap alignment.
• The Salesforce Solutions Architect will report to the Manager Data Analytics, and work using agile framework, updating tasks regularly with up-to-date status updates using Jira and documenting using Confluence and Shared drive.
