Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support and enhance an existing Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and hands-on experience working within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a 7+ month project. 100% remote supporting EST work hours. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our current Salesforce environment used for customer and agent service ticket management (focused primarily on workflow, not as a system of record).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement technical solutions.

  • Contribute to an upcoming migration to Financial Services Cloud (FSC), assisting in planning, configuration, and deployment.

  • Develop custom Apex code and LWC components to support evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including extensive work with FSC, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, configuration, and integrations.

  • Proven ability to manage production support while contributing to major platform initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)
