Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support and enhance an existing Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and hands-on experience working within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a 7+ month project. 100% remote supporting EST work hours.
Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for our current Salesforce environment used for customer and agent service ticket management (focused primarily on workflow, not as a system of record).

Troubleshoot and resolve production tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement technical solutions.

Contribute to an upcoming migration to Financial Services Cloud (FSC), assisting in planning, configuration, and deployment.

Develop custom Apex code and LWC components to support evolving business requirements.
Qualifications:

8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including extensive work with FSC, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, configuration, and integrations.

Proven ability to manage production support while contributing to major platform initiatives.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
