SAP BW/4 Lead Consultant (m/f/d)

As an SAP BW/4 Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients by leveraging your deep understanding of SAP BW/4HANA and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing strategic insights and technical expertise to optimize data management and analytics processes for our clients.
- Work closely with business on strategic solutions and enhance SAP functionality
- Build and maintain relationships with business users to understand and validate business requirements
- Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Implement and review technical solutions in BW/4 and other legacy systems
- Design of Calculation Views (SAP Hana Modeler) BW Modeling (ODS View) and Query design on BW4
- Collaborate with stakeholders on various projects and perform project management of smaller/medium projects
Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analysis, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, including modeling and Eclipse
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and BW/4HANA architecture
- Proven ability to work in a project consulting environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to evaluate and deliver project requirements
- Strong time‑management, customer focus, and soft skills, with the ability to align business needs with IT standards
- Demonstrated leadership experience and clear, professional English communication skills
