Your mission

As a SAP Functional Solution Architect - OTC, you will bring industry know-how, process design expertise, extensive SAP S/4 HANA capabilities, innovation and grasp of best practices in the Technology industry to deliver business value. To work with account teams and Leadership to identify and convert opportunities, deliver / manage complex engagements and work with different teams to meet business goals. By leveraging your deep technical expertise in SAP technologies and your strong understanding of business processes, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions that enhance our organization's competitiveness and growth.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Lead the functional design and architecture for the SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) function, ensuring alignment with business processes and integration across modules

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust solution designs

  • Drive the delivery of large-scale, complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, from initial discussion and blueprinting through deployment and post-go-live support

  • Design and optimize key OTC processes, including Sales Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Collections, Cash application, and Integration with Finance processes (RTR, Tax and Treasury)

  • Collaborate with other functional leads (FI, DWH) to ensure cohesive end-to-end business solutions

  • Ensure SAP best practices are adopted and leverage automation and AI capabilities to improve process efficiency

  • Oversee the design of functional specifications (RICEFW), perform solution validation, and guide testing and training teams

  • Contribute to the UiPath reference architecture by ensuring consistent design principles, reusability, and compliance with architectural standards

  • Support proposal development and solutioning for new projects and extensions

What you'll bring to the team

  • Deep functional consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA BRIM and RAR with a primary focus on Order to Cash processes.

  • Hands-on configuration expertise in:

  • Solution Order Management, Pricing and amendments

  • Customer invoice, credit and rebill

  • Rebates

  • Customer incoming and outgoing payments

  • Revenue Recognition

  • Credit and Risk Management

  • Collections management

  • Integration with FI and GL posting and reconciliation (Accounts Receivable and Payable)

  • Proven ability to perform As-Is Process Assessment and design To-Be Process Models aligned with SAP best practices

  • Experience designing and implementing S/4HANA OTC functionalities, including Fiori apps, and integration with external systems (SalesForce)

  • Familiarity with SAP process automation, RPA, and AI-powered enhancements is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end integration with Finance, and Procurement.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multi-cultural, distributed teams

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset

  • Adaptability to hybrid work environments (onsite, remote, international collaboration).
