SAP HCM Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop codes and tests programs for SAP modules and functions using ABAP programming language.

•  Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages.

•  Designs forms and screens for SAP modules using tools such as SAP script and Smart Forms and ADOBE forms.

•  Interact with functional teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify customer solutions.

•  Review project deliverables such as design document, configuration documents and create technical specifications.

•  Ensure daily monitoring of assigned incidents and Change Requests to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

•  Provide technical solution for any requirement or issue

•  Ensure updated technical documentation for primary technical support areas

•  Provide standby or back-up support whenever required

•  Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

Required Technical Skills:

•Atleast 1 years experience in ABAP

Below knowledge would be a plus

•Odata / SAP UI5 / HR ABAP

•Enhancement and Modifications – User exists, Cust. Exits etc..

• Object-oriented programing techniques in ABAP

• SAP Forms / SAP Script  and ADOBE forms

• IDOC Processing Knowledge

• Knowledge about Business Objects, BAPIs, ALE Interfaces.

• Performance tuning Knowledge

•Knowledge of SAP HANA – Focus ABAP

Qualifications

•Any Graduation  or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree

•B.Sc(IT),MCA,B.Tech,B.Sc(Com)

•Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members

•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
