In this role, you will play a critical part in leading the design and delivery of SAP solutions that align with the business objectives. This strategic position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure project success and continuous improvement, while also managing dependencies in an integrated environment. Accountabilities

Collaborate with project owners and business units to validate and prioritize business demands

Translate functional designs into detailed specifications and ensure stakeholder alignment

Communicate technical specifications to development teams and support testing phases

Define architectural principles and non-functional requirements for scalable solutions

Contribute insights on emerging technologies to the SAP Center of Excellence

Deliver cost-efficient, user-centric SAP solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Ensure all solution documentation and training materials are meticulously created and maintained

Support installation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP processes with functional guidance

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

10+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years focused on solution architecture in S/4HANA systems

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)

Hands-on experience with integration tools like BizTalk or MuleSoft; SAP ABAP and ALE-IDOC knowledge is a plus

Certified in S/4HANA or other SAP solutions with a track record of implementing best practices

Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions

Fluent in English, with international work experience and understanding of SAP's technology landscape
