SAP Project Control Officer

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a SAP Project Control Officer to join its team. As a SAP Project Control Officer , you will support the implementation and utilization of the SAP Materials Management (MM) and Project Systems (PS) modules across our operations. Responsibilities

• Create Purchase order assigned to WBS
• Create necessary contracts due to project owner instructions
• Arrange system deposits and payments, as requested by order agreement
• Track purchase order until its successful delivery
• Prepare system for invoice register by the accounting department

Requirements

• Skilled in utilizing ERP systems to streamline business operations and improve efficiency
• Quickly adapt to changing environments and new technologies
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing processes to drive operational success
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Experienced in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control
• Knowledgeable in GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Previous experience in SAP ERP is considered a plus
• Previous experience in accounting is considered a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
