Project Planning & Management
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for the Finance & Controlling workstream, covering timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for the FICO workstream, ensuring full alignment with overall program objectives
Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively escalate issues when needed
Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with Finance & Controlling business experts to ensure requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented
Maintain strong alignment with consultants from the implementation partner and actively manage their deliverables to ensure quality and timely execution
Coordinate with the SAP Public Cloud Delivery Lead and other workstream leads to ensure seamless integration across all functional areas
Functional Design & Testing
Support the design and validation of Finance & Controlling processes within SAP Public Cloud
Ensure the execution of testing strategies (Unit, SIT, UAT) for FICO scenarios in accordance with the SAP Activate methodology
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Finance & Controlling–related topics
Provide regular updates to project leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation actions
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SAP Public Cloud standards and established best practices
Validate deliverables and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
3–5 years of experience in SAP project management with a clear focus on Finance & Controlling
Proven track record in managing SAP Public Cloud projects or workstreams end-to-end
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance & Controlling modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and cloud deployment best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to engage stakeholders confidently and effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English (C1) & Conversational in German (B2)
