CYE is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Marketing team.
You will be responsible for building our GTM activities, generating meetings, and managing relationships with prospects. If you enjoy sales, marketing, and technology, consider joining us!  
This position is based in Israel and requires working Monday - Friday, in alignment with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create and bring in new leads and sales meetings.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
  • Drive high-quality outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to open doors with the right operators and decision-makers.
  • Regularly follow up with calls and emails, continuing to facilitate communication with potential customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.  
  • Build your social presence and digital networking - be creative, bold, and sharp.
  • Qualifications

  • SDR/Sales experience in the competitive B2B industry - 1-2 years in similar roles
  • Native-level written and spoken English - a must
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building relationships across multiple channels.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or other well-known SDR productivity tools
  • Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to exceed targets.
  • Dynamic, high energy, independent, “can-do” attitude
  • Amazing, impressive communication skills - written and verbal
  • Experience with cyber companies - a big advantage
