Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our valued clients to find a sharp, results-driven SEO Specialist—someone who knows how to turn search engines into growth engines and doesn’t break into a cold sweat when Google rolls out another update.
About the Role
This opportunity is for a client company supported by Global Pacific Support. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that drive real visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable business impact. No fluff, no checkbox SEO.
What You’ll Do
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives end to end
- Perform keyword research focused on intent, not guesswork
- Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture
- Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
- Identify technical issues and work with developers to fix them (calmly, persistently)
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with growth goals
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- Strong grasp of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Able to explain SEO results without resorting to jargon
- Track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions
