Aibidia is looking for a skilled Security Engineer to work on the Research and Development team to develop and maintain an incident response plan outlining procedures for identifying, containing, eradicating, recovering, and lessons learned from security incidents.

This role is based in Finland, and can be located at either our Helsinki or Tampere offices, or remotely from the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an incident response plan outlining procedures for identifying, containing, eradicating, recovering, and lessons learned from security incidents.

  • Reviewing product security designs, documenting missing security controls, and driving analysis for security improvements.

  • As a trusted security advisor you will also manage the customer relationships and roadmaps together with the Aibidia Sales team.

  • Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of security controls and regularly report to executive leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ensure full compliance with external and internal audits in collaboration with the Compliance Lead.

  • Implement and manage security awareness programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.

  • Foster collaboration with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must have:

  • Knowledge in Cloud and Data Governance, Risk Management & Compliance

  • Experience with cloud operating models, monitoring and logging solutions and networking

  • Expertise in creating and maintaining security system architectures and strategies

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, ISAE 3000)

  • Experience integrating security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Skill in defining and tracking security metrics to measure the effectiveness of security control.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Cloud Security in Azure environments (e.g. application security, IAM, security configuration management, SIEM)

  • Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform

  • Experience in managing customer relationships through communication with security teams, providing architectural proposals, and providing RFPs

  • Capability to identify and conduct security training programs.
