The Role:
As a Senior Account Manager at MediaValet, you’ll play a critical role in driving customer success, fostering long-term relationships, and driving maximum value from our DAM platform. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, strategizing on growth and retention, managing complex client engagements, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customers achieve their goals with our platform. This role directly contributes to customer retention and revenue growth, making it pivotal to MediaValet’s success. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor more junior team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and business goals.
· Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning MediaValet’s capabilities with their long-term objectives and advocating for their success within the organization.
· Lead complex contract negotiations, renewals, and growth initiatives, with an emphasis on maximizing account value and retention.
· Proactively identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of MediaValet through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
· Provide mentorship to less experienced Account Managers, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth across the team.
· Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to influence product roadmap priorities and ensure seamless execution of customer-focused initiatives.
· Contribute to QBRs and executive-level reporting, delivering insights that demonstrate ROI and drive alignment with strategic goals.

· Are highly collaborative, comfortable influencing stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
Qualifications:
· 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or technology.
· Proven success managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts with multi-stakeholder engagement and high revenue impact.
· Strong expertise in digital asset management or adjacent industries is highly preferred.
· Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
· Experience mentoring or coaching other account managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
· Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
