Senior AI Engineer – Microsoft Copilot Studio & Automation

Exp - 6 to 10 years

Location - Bangalore(Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

• Build AI agents & copilots on Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate / Logic Apps
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services
• Implement RAG, grounding, semantic search using Azure OpenAI & Azure Cognitive Search
• Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams

What You Need

• 6 to 10 years of experience with at least 2 years on building AI solutions
• Strong experience with Power Platform and Azure OpenAI
• Hands-on work with Copilot Studio (prompt flows, topics, plugins, connectors)
• Solid integration experience (API, Azure Functions, APIM)
• Good programming background (C#, Python, JS)
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, grounding

Nice to Have

• M365 Copilot extensions or Graph connectors
• Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
• Experience with enterprise app development
