Salary Range: 200,000 - 400,000 PKR per month + Quarterly Bonus + 6-Month Salary Revision + Paid Overtime

About This Opportunity

We're seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and advance our AI capabilities at scale. You'll take ownership of end-to-end AI solutions—from designing architectures and building systems to deploying and maintaining them in production environments where they deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

Lead AI Development: Own the complete lifecycle of AI projects, from scoping and architecture design through to production deployment and ongoing optimization

Ensure Production Reliability: Build and maintain AI systems that perform consistently and efficiently at scale in live environments

Align Technology with Business Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, well-architected AI solutions

Stay Ahead of Innovation: Monitor emerging AI research and methodologies, then evaluate and integrate promising techniques into our work

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of production AI experience required. (Must have)

You've successfully shipped and maintained AI models in production settings and built systems designed for both scalability and long-term maintainability.

Technical Foundation

• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS expertise (Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB, Amplify) strongly preferred; equivalent hands-on experience with GCP or Azure also valued
• Development: Advanced Python proficiency with demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
• AI Integration: Practical experience integrating with OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Amazon Bedrock, and similar platforms
• Architecture: Solid grasp of API-driven AI solutions and microservices design patterns

Professional Maturity

• Senior-level software development background with a track record of impact
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and accurately scope projects
• Comfortable with Git workflows, collaborative code reviews, and technical documentation
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML systems and testing strategies

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with LangChain or comparable LLM orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with automation and integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
• Background in Computer Vision and/or Natural Language Processing

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary

Salary Range: 200,000 - 400,000 PKR per month, based on the value and capabilities you bring. This will be evaluated during the interview process.

6-Month Salary Renegotiation
Your compensation grows faster with us. We revisit your salary every 6 months as you grow, ensuring it reflects your expanding capabilities and contributions.

Quarterly Performance Bonuses
At the end of each quarter, we distribute bonuses to the entire team as a percentage of our profit pool. Your performance and contributions throughout the quarter directly influence your bonus size.

Paid Overtime
While we don't encourage long working hours, if you need to work overtime, it's fully compensated. We respect your time and ensure you're fairly paid for extra effort.

Work Environment

Remote First
We're a fully distributed team. You work from wherever you're most productive.

Flexible Working Hours
Work on your own schedule—we trust you to manage your time. We do ask that you maintain availability between 6pm–12am PKT to ensure we have overlap for synchronous meetings and team collaboration. We recommend 3–4 hours of working time within this window so you can effectively reach other team members, though it's not a hard requirement.
