Your Challenge

Own the technical vision and evolution of our AI agent’s brain, guiding the development of new capabilities aligned with product and customer needs

Drive the direction of our AI products, combining GenAI and traditional ML approaches to deliver measurable business value

Co-create and evolve our internal AI platform, enabling multiple teams to rapidly, safely, and repeatedly ship AI-powered products to production

Balance applied research with hands-on delivery, taking ideas from concept through implementation, production rollout, and iteration

Is This You?

Strong background in AI and computer science, with deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and large language models

Proven experience designing, building, and operating AI or agent-based systems in production environments

Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures; experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD is a plus

Comfortable owning systems end to end, from design decisions to operational excellence

Highly proficient in modern Python, able to balance rapid iteration with long-term code quality, turning early prototypes into scalable, production-grade solutions
