Senior Art Director
Chain Reaction is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.
We’re looking for a Conceptual Senior Art Director with at least 8 years experience, who loves turning strategy into strong, original ideas and beautifully crafted work. You’ll play a key role across RFPs and campaigns, leading the visual direction for select clients and helping shape ideas from the first brainstorm through to final delivery. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to keep the thinking sharp, the craft high, and the work consistent across every touchpoint. Just as importantly, you’ll be a steady guide for junior team members, giving clear feedback, sharing how you think, and helping them grow through real, hands-on mentorship.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead in the development and execution of creative concepts that cater to client needs
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations and fulfill project requirements and objectives
- Provide strong team leadership, guiding and inspiring designers throughout the creative process
- Review and provide constructive feedback on the team’s creative work
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
- Ensure all deliverables maintain high standards, align with branding, and meet project specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Art Director in an agency, with at least 8 years as a Senior Art Director
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship
- Strong skills in typography, image manipulation, animation, and illustration
- Deep understanding of marketing design, layouts, and emerging digital platforms
- Bonus: Knowledge of UI/UX and experience designing websites or mobile apps
