About your future role:

Orca Security is building a challenging, interesting, and a high pace evolving product that is changing the cloud-security landscape. As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will be a part of our team which helps to test the product to make user experience better and mitigate issues in the production environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new E2E tests based on Playwright framework
  • Develop new API tests on Python
  • Introduce new features and improve test automation framework
  • Create and update test documentation
  • Communicate with Product, Design and Development (FE, BE) teams
  • Work with CI/CD tools (Setup, configuration, maintenance, debugging, and optimization of pipelines for E2E tests and releases)
  • Work with Cloud providers (Manage and maintain cloud assets (e.g., AWS EC2, DynamoDB) used for E2E testing and test environment setup.)
  • Work with monitoring tools (Configuration and support of tools like Site24x7, Checkly; health checks, alerts, and environment monitoring)
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies

    • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing
  • JavaScript/TypeScript proficient hands-on experience
  • Python proficient hands-on experience
  • Experience with any Selenium framework (knowledge of Playwright is a huge plus)
  • Solid hands-on experience with any CI/CD processes (Strong understanding of integration and delivery workflows, efficiency improvement, and automation.)
  • Experience with REST API testing (GraphQL is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of version control systems (Git, etc)
  • Readiness to work on DevOps tasks (setup and support CI/CD pipelines related to test automation, configure new Cloud Provider accounts with specific assets, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with any cloud provider
  • Knowledge of Scrum
  • English level B1 and higher
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in distributed teams
