Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Senior B2B Sales and Commercial Leader to join our Growth team in Helsinki. In the commercial domain, we highly appreciate extensive experience is pricing of complex B2B deals.
Our target is to create long-term and trusting client relationships, driving incremental growth at our clients and our firm. Our Growth team is responsible for high quality client relationships, industry insights and effective demand generation as well as sales of our services across all business areas.
Your role
The Senior B2B Sales & Commercial Leader is a strategic role responsible for driving profitable growth and sales excellence across our consultative businesses and focus industries. In this position you will work with the senior leaders and be part of the sales leadership team.
It is a full-time position that drives cross-functional sales between offerings, industries and accounts as well as firm-level sales capabilities to optimize go-to-market strategies and execution. The role involves leading four key pillars:
- develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies
- drive sales culture, sales capabilities and pricing
- active role in upselling, cross-selling and driving must-win opportunities, and
- leading sales operations and sales reporting
The Senior B2B Sales & Commercial Leader will own and execute the growth strategy, establish scalable sales infrastructure, and ensure the effective adoption of growth tools and best practices across the business units. Success in this position requires strong strategic thinking, sales leadership experience, cross-functional influence, and a deep understanding of professional services business dynamics. You will also participate in strategic deals, especially in system implementation, outsourcing services, M&A and post-merger integration.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we also wish you have:
- Sales/Growth Leadership: Minimum 5-7 years in sales leadership, business development, or growth management roles
- Professional Services Background: Preferred experience in consulting, or similar professional services environments
- Multi-Business Unit/Matrix Management: Experience working in complex, matrix organizational structures
- GTM & Commercial Strategy: Demonstrated track record in go-to-market strategy development and execution
- Team Leadership: Experience leading or facilitating cross-functional teams
- Tools & Systems: Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and growth analytics platforms
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Language skills: Fluent language skills in English
- Education: A relevant educational background in e.g. business or marketing
