As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build the backbone of Deducta’s platform, transforming disconnected data into a single source of truth for global enterprises. You will design high-volume, low-latency APIs and AI processing engines at scale, shipping code fast while maintaining technical excellence and shaping the culture of an early-stage team.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain high-volume, low-latency APIs and robust data ingestion engines that process massive, complex datasets.

• Architect and scale AI-driven processing systems and agentic workflows to deliver unprecedented clarity into enterprise spend data.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead technical development from inception to production, ensuring a high-quality codebase with zero-error performance.

The ideal candidate:

• Technically exceptional engineer with extensive experience in Object-Oriented Programming, specifically with a strong preference for .NET environments.

• Proven track record applying SOLID, DDD, and Clean Architecture principles to build ultra-dependable systems in a fast-paced startup setting.

• Results-oriented problem solver who thrives under ambiguity, takes high ownership, and is energized by the possibilities of applied AI.
