Senior Bilingual Copywriter

We are looking for a Conceptual Senior Bilingual Copywriter (Arabic & English) with 8+ years of agency experience, passionate about transforming strategy into powerful ideas, campaigns, and compelling storytelling.
This role is ideal for a concept-driven creative thinker, not a translation-focused writer. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing campaign concepts, leading verbal direction across RFPs and client projects, and shaping ideas from initial brainstorming through final execution across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and multidisciplinary creative teams to ensure ideas are strategically strong, culturally relevant, and consistently executed across all touchpoints. The role also involves mentoring junior copywriters and elevating conceptual thinking within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Copywriter within advertising or digital marketing agencies
- Proven experience working in agency environments throughout career progression
- Strong conceptual copywriting background with demonstrated campaign ideation experience
- Candidates with primarily translation or localization backgrounds will not be considered
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, big ideas, and creative concepts
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication Major Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand and marketing strategies
- Write and refine high-quality copy across campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and marketing collateral
- Lead verbal storytelling across pitches, RFPs, and client campaigns
- Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and creative leadership
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all deliverables
- Mentor and guide junior copywriters through constructive feedback and creative direction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, cultural insights, and emerging digital content formats
