Your team
Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.

Your mission
As a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist at Frontify, your mission is to shape how our brand is perceived at the very top of the funnel. You’ll play a critical role in building long-term brand equity by driving awareness, consideration, and desirability across our core growth markets, with a particular focus on the US. Operating at a strategic level, you’ll help define how Frontify shows up through narratives, campaigns, platforms, and key moments—ensuring our brand consistently signals category leadership, clarity, and creative excellence.

Partnership marketing is part of this scope. You’ll work closely with the Brand Partnerships Marketing Lead to ensure partnerships meaningfully contribute to brand building and reinforce Frontify’s positioning, rather than operating as isolated or purely tactical efforts.

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months.

Your responsibilities
Top-of-funnel brand strategy (primary focus)
- You’ll help shape and evolve Frontify’s overarching brand narrative, messaging frameworks, and campaign platforms in close partnership with Brand leadership.
- You’ll support and drive brand-led initiatives that increase awareness, consideration, and long-term brand equity across priority markets.
- You’ll contribute to the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, moments, and activations that position Frontify as a category leader.
- You’ll ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across content, events, media, and partnerships, maintaining a high bar for craft and quality.
- You’ll collaborate deeply with Creative, Content, Product Marketing, and Events teams to bring brand strategy to life across channels.

Partnerships marketing (supporting focus)
- You’ll support Frontify’s partnership marketing efforts, ensuring partner initiatives clearly ladder into the overall brand strategy.
- You’ll help shape partner activations so they reinforce Frontify’s brand story, positioning, and visual identity.
- You’ll collaborate with the Partnerships team on co-marketing initiatives, events, and content where brand impact is a priority.
- You’ll help uphold and scale strong brand standards across all partner touchpoints.

Measurement and impact
- You’ll help define, track, and interpret top-of-funnel brand metrics, including awareness, consideration, engagement, and brand lift.
