The Role:

Senior Business Analyst to Sucafina Instant 

Sucafina Instant is the instant coffee division of Sucafina Group. Our aim is to help brands and manufacturers find the right coffee solutions for their needs

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support business process optimization and digital transformation across our trading and product manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key link between business teams and IT, with a focus on mapping business workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining effective IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes related to instant bulk trading, blending and packaging, and digital profiling of instant coffee
  • Identify process gaps, redundancies, and system inefficiencies; recommend and support appropriate technology interventions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for ERP, inventory, manufacturing execution systems (MES), or other enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production, quality, finance, etc.) to drive system-enabled process improvements.
  • Support data integration between systems (e.g., trading platforms, production systems, and finance modules).
  • Participate in vendor selection, solution evaluations, and user acceptance testing for IT systems.
  • Develop process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), business requirement documents, and training materials.
  • In collaboration with IT manage projects related to Instant.
  • In collaboration with business leadership and IT leadership contribute to the continuous improvement and digital initiatives such automation, data analytics and system integration project.
  • Person must be able to drive strategy for Instant Target Application Landscape

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business process analysis or systems support within trading, manufacturing, or blending/packaging environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP and Irely) and their role in supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, batch processing, inventory control, and product formulation/blending concepts.
  • Proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g. Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart).
  • Experience managing IT implementation projects.
  • Experience with commodity trading platforms, MES, SCM tools, or WMS systems.
  • Understanding of batch traceability, quality management, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
