Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering complex process and technology initiatives within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on, delivery-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of business processes, data, and system integration.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to define future-state processes, support phased delivery, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and compliant.

Own the end-to-end business analysis for complex process and technology initiatives, acting as the critical link between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver real, measurable value. Translate business needs into clear, high-quality functional and technical requirements, with a strong focus on integrations, data flows, and the impacts across interconnected systems.

Shape the future by defining current and future-state business processes, including operational and support models, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and built for long-term success. Work within a phased and continuous improvement delivery model, contributing to prioritisation, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery to drive momentum and tangible outcomes.

Partner closely with architects and engineers to deliver complex system integrations, including detailed field-level API mapping and interface definitions that stand up in real-world environments. Dive deep into data — querying, validating, and analysing datasets using SQL to support decision-making, testing, and data migration activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on process and technology implementation projects

• Strong experience working in phased delivery or continuous improvement environments

• Proven experience working in regulated environments

• Demonstrated experience implementing integrations between complex systems, including field-level API mapping

• Experience defining future-state processes, including operational and support processes

• Strong data skills, including querying, extracting, and analysing data using SQL

• Hands-on experience with data migration planning, mapping, and execution

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, integration testing, change management, and training activities

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, and SharePoint
