The Role
We are looking for a Business Planning & Strategy Analyst to join our Regional Payments team. In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & Planning team to provide strategic insights to the business across our Payments Products / Services. The ideal candidate is one who has both the technical savviness to wrangle with data and design comprehensive solutions, as well as the business acumen to partner with different stakeholders and generate actionable insights.
Your Adventure Ahead
Serve as a key analytical partner to business stakeholders, managing and prioritising data needs across teams to enable informed, data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with local leads to understand business priorities and help develop commercial and marketing strategies based on your insights and recommendations.
Define key performance metrics and build reporting tools to track, visualise, and communicate performance to stakeholders.
Develop and own key processes across various topics including sales productivity, campaign management, competitive intelligence, and more.
Support the development of business plans and forecasts for Financial Services business unit.
Strengthen data reporting standards for Financial Services by partnering with internal data teams and leveraging on in-house data tools.
Drive efficiency and scalability across workflows by implementing automation and AI-driven solutions.
Essentials to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Math, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2 to 4+ years of experience in analytics, business planning, or business strategy.
Strong Expertise in SQL, spreadsheets and data visualization tools is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in data analysis and modeling.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, as well as communicate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate complex, rapidly changing environments
Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling is a plus.
Understanding of the payments ecosystem is a plus
AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
