Senior Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Python, Docker)

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong AWS expertise and hands-on experience in automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure aligned with best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (development, QA, staging, production).
• Implement observability frameworks including metrics, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Automate build, deployment, and release workflows through CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead application containerization efforts using Docker and ensure seamless integration into deployment pipelines.
• Write automation scripts and internal tools in Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and deployment issues.
• Work closely with development, architecture, security, and QA teams to ensure reliable and efficient infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AWS cloud architecture and core services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IaC frameworks such as AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Solid Python skills for automation and tooling.
• Expertise in Docker and application containerization.
• Experience with modern CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Knowledge of observability tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/OpenSearch.
• Networking principles (VPC, subnets, routing, NAT, security groups).
• Understanding of deployment strategies, release automation, and multi-environment management.

• This role is required on-site in Warsaw due to close cooperation with the client.
