About You

The right candidate will possess proven software engineering skills in a team-centric environment. You are versatile and able to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting. You are comfortable managing competing priorities and are able to bring order to ambiguous scenarios. Maturity, impeccable judgment, and the ability to influence and lead are essential to success in this role. You are data-driven and analytical. You can clearly & effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across the organization and up to senior leadership. You value diverse perspectives and have a growth mindset.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of professional DevOps/infrastructure experience
5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
4+ years experience setting up, securing and managing infrastructure on at least two of the major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Hands on experience setting up automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for containerized applications
Hands on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes(at least one of EKS/AKS/GKE)
BS/BE in CS or related field

Preferred Qualifications

7+ years experience managing high scale, distributed systems that handle large amounts of data
4+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, Python
4+ years of professional experience with Kubernetes(building operators, AKS/EKS)
Experience with multi-cloud and private cloud deployments
Excellent scripting, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills

Additional Information

Base salary range for this position: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00 per year
Eligible to participate in SGNL's Equity Incentive Plan

*Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
