About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, culturally tuned-in Senior Community Manager to join our growing social media team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes online culture, understands the nuances of digital communities, and can bring a brand’s personality to life through meaningful, real-time engagement.
As the voice of the brand, you’ll be responsible for cultivating and managing vibrant online communities across platforms, fostering authentic connections with audiences, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s tone, purpose, and values.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement engagement strategy, tone of voice, and response frameworks.
- Oversee moderation, publishing, and proactive/reactive engagement across all channels.
- Manage team requests, schedules, and priorities while ensuring smooth coordination with other departments.
- Identify and engage in relevant conversations to grow advocacy and share of voice.
- Manage community sentiment and provide actionable insights to improve positivity.
- Maintain and update FAQs, escalation rules, and brand response guidelines.
- Detect and report UGC, impersonation accounts, and potential crises.
- Deliver clear weekly reports on performance, sentiment, and community insights.
- Support global campaigns through moderation and reporting across multiple languages.
About you
The essentials:
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on community management experience for major brands.
- Fluent Arabic with strong written English; able to adapt tone and nuance across both.
- Skilled in sentiment analysis, escalation, and social listening.
- Proficient in Sprinklr; Emplifi or equivalent tools are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and clear communication.
- Ability to turn community insights into actionable recommendations.
